Hi, I am Ashley,
I’m a NEO Emotional Release Practitioner, Anger Expert, and former Teacher and Manager of the NER Institute.
My journey into psychosomatics led me deep into the underworld — into the rawest layers of human and physical pain. There, I learned to alchemize that pain into power. I returned as a torchbearer for emotional ownership, shadow work, and the kind of healing that brings light.
As a former corporate project manager and burnout-recovering perfectionist, my relationship with anger began through the body. Chronic fatigue and mysterious, undiagnosable pain pushed me onto a long path of healing. True transformation only began when I started involving both the mind (psycho) and the body (somatics) — releasing decades of stored emotion and pressure.
People often describe me as direct and unabashed — yet deeply open-hearted.
I'm here to guide others in finding their truth, especially through meeting their ANGER (and other emotions), and transmuting them into lasting personal and collective change.
My vision? A world shaped by authentic, self-responsible, and kind changemakers — for the sake of our evolution.
I’m British, raised in Hamburg, and once rooted in Amsterdam (a part of my heart still is). These days, I travel the world with the NER Institute — giving trainings, hosting events, offering online programs, and holding 1:1 sessions.
I’m excited to meet you soon.
“By daily dying I have come to be; all that you have experienced shapes you”

NEO EMOTIONAL RELEASE
So far every modality held one part of the truth. A neurologist sees you as a pack of neurons, a doctor as different diseases and a psychotherapist as your dysfunctional childhood. But who is the person who is seeing the real you, the one behind all of the symptoms and conditions?
The feeling-being that is expressing itself through a body wants to be addressed and honored in all of its parts. Your body, your childhood and your habits all tell a story.
In Neo Emotional Release we learn to understand the true language of the body, we learn to listen to that story. And because we are willing to meet them in the depth of their own humanity we can directly address the root cause of human suffering.
